We are delighted to announce that Ben Montague is the recipient of our Jim Conway Award for 2021-2022.
Ben was nominated by senior staff at St Roch’s Secondary School for his role in providing an inclusive and supportive environment in the extra-curricular clubs that he runs and in recognition of the enthusiasm and hard work which he displays.
Rosemount Board Member Alan Brown and Community Development Officer Gregor Henderson joined Mr Stone and Mr Donnelly to present Ben with his award and a cheque for £100. Both enjoyed meeting him and were very impressed by the work he does.
The award recognises Jim’s successful leadership and achievement in taking the organisation forward and building confidence in Voluntary Directors to develop and manage Rosemount Business Park, enabling commercial businesses to locate in Royston, presenting residents opportunity for local jobs and training.
