Rosemount (Workspace) Ltd (a subsidiary of Rosemount Development Trust) provides high quality rental space close to the centre of Glasgow via Rosemount Business Park.

We have supported many local businesses – with secure and affordable premises, and on-site childcare.

Community Benefit

Rosemount Development Trust is a not-for-profit charity which supports other organisations working to benefit and empower the local community in Royston, Glasgow.

Our subsidiary company Roystonhill Spire & Park Ltd was formed to maintain an important local landmark.
